Within a few years, paradise began to fracture.

Violence spread. People rebelled. Depression and despair appeared where suffering was supposed to have ended. Some killed. Others chose to die. Chaos entered a world designed to satisfy every desire.

Perhaps fulfillment was never the same as happiness.

Perhaps there were needs paradise could not satisfy because its creators had never understood them—or had never known they existed.

They eventually realized that before trying to make humanity happy, they first had to understand what a human being truly was.

If pain, struggle, hunger, and loss were removed completely, would happiness remain?
